1. Acceptance of Terms

2. User Registration

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

DCT Alpha Analytics offers subscription-based access to our analytical tools and services. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with changes taking effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will be notified of any pricing changes in advance via email.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:

• Through your account dashboard on our website at dctalpha.com
• By contacting our support team at contact@dailycryptotrading.me
• By submitting a ticket through our Discord support channel

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

Please note: It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. We are not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel in a timely manner.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• Within 7 days of initial purchase: You may request a full refund minus any applicable payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe transaction fees) if you have not extensively used the service.
• Auto-renewal charges: If you forgot to cancel your subscription before an auto-renewal, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the renewal charge. Refunds for auto-renewals will be issued minus applicable payment processing fees.
• After 7 days or 48 hours for renewals: Refunds are generally not available, though exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.
• Processing fees: All refunds are subject to deduction of third-party payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe fees), which are non-recoverable. The refunded amount will be the original charge minus these processing fees.

• Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
• Sharing account credentials or providing access to the service to unauthorized third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DCT Alpha Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service; or (vi) any decisions made based on the analytical tools and data provided by our service.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date market data and analytical tools, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Market conditions can change rapidly, and users should verify information independently before making any decisions.

These communications include, but are not limited to, updates about new features, analytical tools, market insights, and other information related to our services. You have the option to disable these email notifications at any time by updating your preferences in your profile settings.
